Monmorillonite mineral acts like a mini-sponge, well-known for its tummy-settling properties for gas, bloating, cramps and diarrhoea, because it binds to toxins, rendering them inert. Adults: 2-4 capsules as needed, 2 hours away from food or other medication. Children 6+ yrs: 1-2 capsules as needed. May be dissolved in a little warm water, juice, yoghurt or other food.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist. Take at least 2 hours before or after other medications.
